Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Brand Protection

All content, products and materials provided by TaysLuxe Academy are protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property and other applicable laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Video tutorials and masterclasses
• Vendor lists and supplier information
• Business resources, templates and checklists
• Workbooks, PDFs and downloadable guides
• AI prompts and custom GPT instructions
• Frameworks, methodologies and business systems
• Scripts, captions, presentations and training materials
• Graphics, branding, logos and website content
• Emails, written content and educational resources

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of TaysLuxe Academy. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own personal education and business use only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or duplicate any Company Content.
• Share, forward or distribute digital products with any third party.
• Upload Company materials to file-sharing websites, cloud storage, social media platforms, AI tools, forums or messaging groups for others to access.
• Resell, sublicense, licence or commercially exploit any Company Content.
• Record, copy or reproduce any training where recording has not been expressly authorised.
• Remove Company branding, logos or copyright notices.
• Claim any Company Content as your own work.
• Create derivative works or competing products that substantially copy or reproduce the Company’s proprietary content, frameworks, systems or methodologies.

Vendor Lists & Supplier Information

Vendor lists sold by TaysLuxe Academy are proprietary confidential resources developed through significant research, industry experience and commercial investment.

Customers may use vendor information solely for sourcing products or services for their own business.

Customers may not:

• Share vendor contact information with third parties.
• Resell or redistribute vendor lists.
• Publish vendor information publicly.
• Include Company vendor information within their own courses, memberships, communities or digital products.
• Claim Company research or supplier sourcing as their own.

The Company reserves the right to remove access to any customer found to be sharing, distributing or commercially exploiting vendor information without permission.

Independent Third-Party Vendors

All vendors and suppliers featured within Company products are independent third-party businesses.

They have been selected based upon the Company’s own experience and professional relationship with them at the time of recommendation.

The Company does not own, manage or control these businesses and cannot guarantee:

• acceptance as a customer;
• future communication standards;
• response times;
• pricing;
• inventory;
• manufacturing capacity;
• shipping times;
• business policies; or
• future business decisions.

Each supplier reserves the absolute right to determine who they choose to conduct business with.

A supplier declining to work with a customer does not constitute a defective product, misrepresentation or failure to deliver the digital product purchased.

Brand Protection

Customers agree not to knowingly publish false or misleading statements regarding TaysLuxe Academy, its directors, employees, products or services.

Nothing within these Terms prevents customers from leaving honest, lawful reviews or sharing genuine opinions based on their own experience. However, customers agree not to knowingly make false factual allegations, falsely represent communications, or intentionally interfere with the Company’s business relationships or reputation.

The Company reserves all legal rights and remedies available in respect of intellectual property infringement, breach of confidence, unlawful distribution of proprietary materials and any other unlawful conduct affecting its business or reputation.

Breach

Any breach of this section may result in, without limitation:

• Immediate termination of access to purchased products and services without refund.
• Permanent removal from memberships, communities or future programmes.
• Refusal of future service.
• Suspension of customer accounts.
• Recovery of damages, losses, investigation costs, legal costs and any other remedies available under applicable law.

TaysLuxe Academy actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any rights not expressly granted to the customer remain the exclusive property of TaysLuxe Academy.
