Customer Conduct, Social Media & Brand Protection

At TaysLuxe Academy, we value honest feedback and encourage customers to contact us directly if they experience an issue with any product or service.

Customers agree to communicate with the Company and its representatives respectfully and in good faith.

By purchasing from TaysLuxe Academy, you agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse the Company’s staff, contractors or representatives.
  • Repeatedly spam or misuse the Company’s communication channels or social media platforms.
  • Publish, distribute or encourage the distribution of private correspondence, confidential information or internal communications for the purpose of misleading others or causing reputational harm.
  • Knowingly publish false or misleading factual statements about the Company, its products, services, employees, suppliers or business practices.
  • Falsely accuse the Company of fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct without a reasonable factual basis.
  • Interfere with the Company’s relationships with its suppliers, customers, contractors or business partners.
  • Encourage others to harass, target or interfere with the Company’s business operations.
  • Misrepresent the Company’s products, policies or communications.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from leaving honest reviews or expressing genuine opinions based on their own experience. However, opinions should not be presented as factual allegations where there is no reasonable basis for doing so.

Where the Company reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in unlawful conduct, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, fraudulent payment disputes, harassment, unlawful publication of private correspondence, or knowingly false statements causing reputational or financial harm, the Company reserves all rights available under applicable law.

These rights may include, where appropriate:

  • Refusing future service.
  • Suspending or terminating access to products, memberships or services.
  • Issuing a formal cease and desist notice.
  • Seeking removal of unlawful content from third-party platforms.
  • Recovering losses, legal costs and any other remedies available under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to retain records of all communications, transactions and interactions where reasonably necessary to protect its legal rights and business interests.

Breach of These Terms

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate action by TaysLuxe Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension or termination of access to products, services or memberships.
  • Refusal of future purchases.
  • Removal from community platforms.
  • Cancellation of customer accounts where appropriate.
  • Investigation of suspected fraud or misuse.
  • Recovery of any losses, damages or reasonable legal costs where permitted by law.
  • Pursuit of any other legal or equitable remedies available.

The Company’s decision to exercise or not exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights available to it.

Customers remain responsible for complying with these Terms after access to products or services has ended where the relevant obligations are intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality and payment obligations.
